How does the free trial work?
Install NumProof, open Excel and start a 15-day free trial from the NumProof tab — no card is charged during the trial. When it ends, subscribe to keep going; nothing is billed automatically unless you subscribe.
How am I billed?
A flat ₹499 per user, per month, by auto-pay (UPI mandate or card) after your trial. You're billed for the seats on your subscription each cycle.
How does the NumProof Web add-on affect my bill?
It adds ₹29 per user, per month on top of your plan and is account-wide — every seat gets it. When you add it mid-cycle you pay a small prorated amount for the rest of the current cycle, then your renewals include it. Remove it anytime; it stays active until your renewal and then your plan drops back. There's no refund for the current cycle.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes, anytime from the Control Panel. Adding seats is prorated for the rest of the cycle and approved for future renewals; removing seats takes effect at your next renewal with no refund for the current cycle.
